Medvella

Medvella runs a clinic from one Arabic dashboard: a booking calendar per doctor and device, patient files, tax invoices with instalments and a ZATCA QR code, attendance and payroll, and double-entry accounting. I built the React front end and the Express and PostgreSQL API behind it.

Sales report: totals for invoices, sales, collected and discounts, broken down by day, branch and service

Monthly attendance grid: present, late, absent and leave marks per employee, with totals

Home screen: branches, doctors, services and offers, with how complete each area of the clinic's data is

What I built

Booking calendar by day, week, month or list, with a column for each doctor and device and free slots worked out for you.
Tax invoices with VAT on every line, coupons, split payments, in-clinic instalments and a ZATCA Phase 1 QR code.
HR: employee files, a monthly attendance grid with CSV import, leave requests, and payroll runs whose payslips post to the ledger.
Accounting: a journal where mistakes are reversed, never edited, plus trial balance, income statement, balance sheet, VAT return and receivables ageing.
Call centre and WhatsApp inbox: call log, appointment confirmations, leads and complaints.
Back end: an Express API on PostgreSQL through Prisma, with 52 data models, five staff roles guarding the routes, and sessions kept in an httpOnly cookie.
